A promise is a promise! I’ve been talking to myself for six months now on this blog and I’m so thrilled that you shy people have finally given me some feed back! So many of you tell me you read everything I post, but until now, I would never have known. I just keep posting in the hopes that I’ll get you to comment. So, you made the effort so I thought I’d better get you another mini-workout ASAP.
I’m currently in Orlando Florida with the big wigs in fitness info marketing. I had to find a way to get in a workout to post for you so I found a helpful stranger to work my flip cam. Yes, I made a scene, and yes, I would have embarassed my kids or anyone else travelling with me, but I really don’t care-a promise is a promise! You can train anywhere really, even if it causes a bit of a scene.
This is a descending set of 10 reps to 1 of each of the exercises: squat jumps (or squats), push ups, burpee/push up and mountain climbers. Try not to rest between sets. You’ll be drenched in sweat in no time. Aren’t you glad you didn’t sit beside me on the plane??

I’m pretty sure I’d never be brave enough to try this in an airport, but in my hotel room?… that I could handle… thanks for the quick, and no doubt intense workout!
You are amazing Shawna…no wonder you have the body shape you do. Maybe one day I will be able to attempt an airport workout without caring who is watching me. At the moment, I think my girls would kill me if I tried this before our flight at Christmas.
I would expect that most would prefer to do this workout in the privacy of their hotel or living room, just wanted to throw out an idea that could be done anywhere!
My kids were pretty happy NOT to be travelling with me on this trip after seeing the spectacle I made of myself. Just wanted to show that you can train anywhere! Thanks for commenting!
Thank you so much for including me. I haven’t been able to get out to bootcamp lately, but I absolutely love the mini workouts for home. Although, I very much miss your gentle pushing to give it my all…so much easier to cheat here all by myself. I plan to see you at camp real soon. Thanks again for all your extra help in keeping me on the right track.

I think its fantastic! Who cares if people stare, they should have come over and joined you. Most of them could have used some exercise I am sure.
I am always amazed at just how committed and dedicated you are to yourself and what I am finding is that with fitness comes the absolute confidence of loving yourself in your own skin! This is why you do what you do – anywhere, anytime!
If I had a layover at an airport and saw you (or anyone) doing this, I think I would walk right up to them and ask them if I could join in…I imagine you would not turn anyone away? Had I known when you were doing this at the Vancouver airport, I would have come on out to join you! (I’m in Van…) Way to go Shawna!

This was definitely just the type of workout I needed before Christmas when I was traveling through South East Asia for six weeks, numerous airports at all times of the night and day! I found doing several sets of lunges up and down the train platforms in Kuala Lumpur had many eyes looking at me funny!!! (including my husband)… This would have been way better!
