The FFLOF program and all the resources continue to be very beneficial, rewarding and successful for all my nutritional health and fitness needs whether at home or on the road. It is very versatile, fun and flexible and lots of variations; beginning from the warm up (I’ll never forget the introduction to the stickups –have mercy! My body was definitely telling me something back then!!!!) and ending with the and cool down exercises. I have been enjoying choosing and alternating the FFLOF 12 workouts with the H.I.I.T ( 5 exercise circuit), the audio 20/10, 30/50, 50/10 Intervals/ Full Body Blasters #’s 1 to3 can all be completed in small quarters as I work all the effective fat burning workouts
I am very proud of my personal accomplishments since I initiated my journey with the FFLOF program I am becoming more toned, have lost weight and inches. I am sleeping better, my blood glucose levels have decreased, blood pressure is lower and I love the ongoing positive supporting compliments and encouragement from friends, family and my fans at my favorite clothing stores… FFLOF has been a blessing for me, at age 60 plus as I found it is never too late to integrate better nutrition and physical activity into my daily life to become healthier, to work toward being more lean and fit as I have learned to make more personal choices in my adaptations and adjustments with my healthier lifestyle.
