As many of you know, I run my own boot camps and this was a favorite workout that I promised to post for you. Whether you’ve done it with me in camp, or this is a new workout for you, it’s a killer!
If you’re unfamiliar with the exercises, I suggest getting my program as you’ll have the exercise library to use as a reference. Here you go:
Your mission today is to complete 100 reps of the following exercises. You can do these reps in any configuration that works for you, for example you could do 10 sets of 10, 5 sets of 20, etc. Now get to work!
Push ups
DB lateral raise
Knee in
Mountain climbers
Bicep curls
Jumping jacks
Skipping rope
Get ups

Awesome workout – and definitely something I’ll need to grow into! I did this in 5 sets of 20 and had to modify the pushup and the get ups on the third and fourth round! Though I was determined to stay on my toes and keep good form on the last go round and did, though only through sheer determination and grit!
