I’m pretty excited about my new online magazine. It’s just another way to share valuable fitness and health related information with you. As you already know, my goal is to support you in any way I can. You’ll find a link to the magazine on the blog and on my boot camp website.

If you like an article, put it on your face book page, re-tweet it (Twitter users) or forward the link to all your friends. It’s the best way to get the word out there. (Sometimes our friends and family can’t hear what we have to say to them, but if someone else provides some hints to move towards a healthier lifestyle they can hear the message without being offended.)

Your on-line magazine is a terrific and fantastic read for my health and weightloss journey.
I have already visited many of the different sections and the topics and I’m so impressed with all the versatily of all the useful and resourceful information at my finger tips “in addition to both of your FFLOF programs”.
I love the exercise videos for the different areas of my body needing more attention / more work outs for self improvement.
The recipes section for all personal types of nutritional needs meeting my own personal health needs with lots of variety.
The other magazine sections; for the body,health,life are excellent and very impressive with current info.
WOW AGAIN, and thank you Shawna this is going to be a fantastic and eventful summer ahead with all the FFLOF interactive health and fitness tools you have provided whether I am at home or away.
