10 halos right and left, 10 sling shots right and left, 10 deadlifts, 10 good mornings
Here’s your simple “As Many Reps As Possible” (AMRAP) Workout:
5 swings, 5 squats
Repeat for 2-5 min (depending on your fitness level and how much time you have to train)
Rest and repeat!
