Excellent, informative video! Although I dislike running, this video convinced me to consistently incorporate some sprinting into my routines! Short, fast bursts of running (sprinting) I can handle; long, slow (and boring!) runs turn me off! Loved the side by side comparison of the marathon runner and the sprinter – a picture is worth a thousand words! Give me the body of a sprinter anyday!

@Grace, Just make sure you’re good and warm before your sprints. Pretty impressive comparison between the marathoner and sprinter isn’t it?
good one! although ‘skinny fat’ is better than ‘fat fat’, it’s certainly not as good as the ‘sprinter body’. as a side note, those sprinter uniforms are hideous.

Great comparison, but…didn’t Marion Jones get busted for banned substances (steriods?)
@Lisa: I do believe you’re correct with that! But none the less, not every sprinter with a rockin body is on steriods…
