You two ROCK!!!! You both hit the nail on the head when you talked about how its about the occasion and not just the food. All of your tips will be very helpful and I totally agree with the death triangle thing. Its amazing how if you cut out certain things (like french fries) after a while you don’t even miss them and they don’t even sound good. 🙂
I know now that I have lost weight and I am looking better and feeling terrific, I am not going to go back to what I was. For sure I will have a treat and enjoy my friends and family without feeling guilty but I will remember my goals and I will not fail. (Thats my mantra for the Xmas season). I wish you both the best for Christmas and the New Year.
@Judy:
Thanks so much for your comment and for saying that you’re following my advice, losing weight and looking better than ever. It’s important for readers to know that this stuff works! It may sound like a sacrifice to cut out the fries, but the return for that investment is priceless. French fries never taste as good as feeling energy and fitting into your jeans better feels. Thanks again Judy, love ya! (And we really should get the girls together one of these days, so much happening in our lives…)
Hi Shawna,
