Holiday Fitness Strategy

The holidays are coming up. Are you nervous that you’ll be one of the many that gain 7-9 lbs of fat?

Here are a few things to think about:

  • enjoy the holidays
  • eat nutritionally dense foods
  • indulge in a few treats
  • maintain a daily workout regime with resistance training and HIIT
  • the resistance training will help to maintain your metabolically active muscle tissue
  • the HIIT will help burn calories and keep your metabolism stoked
