As the year draws to a close, many of you will be thinking of how you can commit to your fitness and fat loss program more diligently.

Thanks Shawna…needed this, especially at this time of year when working out tends to be put on the back burner and good nutrition goes by the ‘way side’. I’m getting my head back in the game starting now!

Just listened to your audio phone in on getting your head into the fitness game. It was really helpful and was so full of great suggestions. While I listened, I typed up short term and long term goals. I have always wrestled with motivation, and would engage in negative self-talk if I strayed even a bit from my plan. Seeing motivation as behavior means it IS in my control. Thank you for that idea and for so many others I got out of your audio. Thank you.
