Another Awesome Non-Treadmill Workout

Cardio equipment isn’t all bad. Today I did an amazing workout on my Lifecycle where I was on and off the bike the whole time. You could do this workout with any kind of cardio equipment. I know several of you have a treadmill or bike or elliptical machine collecting dust so here’s a great plan that you can morph to suit your circumstance.

And oh by the way, if you want to do this workout and don’t happen to have a piece of cardio equipment, save your money! Go buy a skipping rope or do any of the cardio options in the video library in its place.

Here’s the workout:

bike deadlift

push up 2

2 min on cardio equipment – easy recovery minute followed by intense minute

25 push ups (or a number that’s doable for you)

2 min on cardio equipment – easy recovery minute followed by intense minute

20 DB deadlifts – get as heavy a dumb bell as you can, watch your form, keep your back flat and tummy tight for these

Repeat this circuit 5 times or for as long as you can manage!

Follow with an ab circuit, perhaps the 21 Day Rapid fat loss ab video and you’re golden.
