So, the other day I was in the grocery store and a mom hauled off and spanked her child right in the middle of the aisle. Wow, I was shocked and didn’t know what to think about it. I’m a mom and I know that I’ve been TOTALLY at the end of my rope when my kids were acting up when I was out. I didn’t resort to this even though I felt like I wanted to.
What do you think? Should you spank your misbehaving kids when you’re out? When you’re at home? What’s the deal with spanking anyway?
Alright, just had to get that off my chest. I thought of this because this happened in the grocery store and I wanted to talk about what you need to pick up in the grocery store based on the pantry raid I did.
I love to do pantry raids with clients as it gives a client specific advice on what to buy and what should stay at the store. Often times there are small changes you can make in your grocery shopping that equates to big changes over time to your waist line.
