Thank you soooo much Shawna & Rochelle. Have been having a lot of knee pain for several years. Did a lot of standing while working in factories over the years. No longer in that line of work but still having issues, especially since I started the 14 Day Fat Furnace. Have resorted to knee braces with some relief. Will definitely give these a try. Thanks for always being there with advice & words of wisdom!
