Back by popular demand is my pal Rick Kaselj.
Do you have shoulder pain when you try to do push ups or planking? Rick Kaselj has a few tips for you here:
You can check out Rick’s shoulder program here. He’s got a ton of practical things you can do to dramatically improve your shoulder injury.
Hi Shawna: Great, great explanation on how to maintain good shoulders. Periodically, I feel stress in my shoulders and some of the stretches have not been that good, but the ones in the video feel fantastic. (Remember I had to leave the Boot Camp due to a knee issue? I just had an MRI done on my knee and will see my Doc next week to see what’s going on with it. I still cannot do some exercises, due to pain, but am getting out walking on flat surfaces as much as possible, and actually start with the Running Room as a Fitness Walking “leader”. I’m hoping between the strength I gain with walking everyday and whatever my Doc suggests, my knee will be better than ever – real soon!
