Here’s a recipe from one of my boot camp clients. Thanks Diane!
1 cup of raw oatmeal
1 cup or 6 egg whites
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender and leave covered overnight in the fridge. This us to allow the oatmeal to soften.
The next morning spray your waffle iron
With a non stick spray and pour mixture onto the iron and cook.
Recipe makes 3 full size waffles. You can put the waffle into the toaster to make it a little more crunchy.
Serve with strawberries or a berry of your choice along with 1/2 cup non fat Greek plain yogurt.
Makes a great breakfast !
