Looking for a great core workout?
This is a great 10 minute circuit that you can do on it’s own or throw in with some HIIT. The key is to only take a 5 second break or transition between exercises. Keep going, rest when you have to and join in with my boot campers when you can.
Remember that some of my boot campers have been with me going on 4 years, so this is a circuit that’s pretty tough. My new campers just take a break and join back in when they can. All my camps are self paced and we have a variety of fitness levels training all at together. So as you follow along at home, don’t be discouraged, just keep training and before you know it, you’ll take less rest, you’ll be doing all the exercises at full intensity and you’ll be looking and feeling amazing.
