Everyone always asks me when and how I train. I thought I’d show you my gym at home and share how I ended my workout today. (Contrary to what you may think based on my the airport workout post, I don’t make a scene in public places everyday). Don’t think that you need all the kit that I have in my gym. We’re sort of an ‘over the top’ family when it comes to the gym. I have all the stuff and make the best routines that I can share with you. Some of my favorite things involve a minimal amount of equipment.
Onto today’s set: I always like to throw in some high intensity interval training with the resistance training that I do. Have a look at the video and let me know if you think this is something you think you could do at home. I love getting your feedback.
Hey Shawna! I love the new look of the blog! I’m going to definitely try some of these at home on weekends and see if I can entice Shayne into them as well!
I can’t believe you worked out in an airport – you are insane.
thanks for kicking my butt this week!
Shawna,
I love your blog. You just pound out those weights like they are nothing! The best was the airport workout! Glad I wasn’t with you though! Keep up the great work!
Love the w/o ideas Shawna! I can definitely do these at home-anyone can!
holidays and busy schedules just around the corner. While most are worried about what we eat between Christmas and New Years, we need to worry more about what we eat between New Years and Christmas! That, combined with your work-outs brings a great gift to ourselves that will last a lifetime.
Wow Tracy, so true. If we paid more attention to the food between New Year and Christmas, then the week between the holidays really wouldn’t matter as much. You’re a great example of some one who’s giving the gift of fitness and health to yourself. Thanks for sharing!
Great Blog! Love the workouts and the information that you’re adding. When stuck in a rutt and can’t think what activity to do at home, I now have no excuses.
‘No excuses!’ That’s what we all have but I’m trying to eliminate with the mini workouts. Thanks for pointing that out to everyone!
