Hello shawna, I am looking forward to using your system. I have tried just about everything and ever since I reached my 50’s my metabolism has practically ceased. My desire to get fit is fueled by my son’s urging me to be in better shape. I too have the greatest desire to be more fit. Since I quit smoking almost 2 yrs and 20 pounds ago I have not been able to lose what I gained and struggle with the same 5 lbs off and on. I am hoping that when I get back on the fitness trail my depression from being unemployed will cease and give me a better outlook on everything.
I am going to begin with the 21 day workout plan to get started with on my first journey to feeling fit. Keep you posted.

Let me know how I can help you with your fitness journey. I’ve tried to lay everything out as clearly as I can. For you, make one baby step and then keep adding more. A slow start is a good start, it’s a marathon and not a sprint to the finish. My goal for you is to slowly change your lifestyle and your body will follow.

I’m 41 years old. I did boot camp for about 3 months and loved it. But can’t afford it anymore. We had a family crisis last year and ended up on antidepressants, I’ve always struggled with depression, but I have gained 40 pounds since being on them.
I’ve always struggled with my weight, but have always been active. I have 4 kids and want my family to be a healthy and active. My family on my moms side seem to struggle with being overweight, I have two brother who are obese.
I am tired of the rollercoaster, and the pain I feel in my body. I have bad hip pain and shoulder pain.

Let me know how I can specifically help you. It seems you need to take baby steps towards leading a healthier lifestyle. Go thru the blog and read all you can and apply one tip each week. It can be a small thing, like adding a walk or drinking more water. There is a ton of great information here, enough so that in a short time, you’ll be leading a much healthier lifestyle. I am Paula and I just bought the 14 day fatloss furnace. I think I have made a mistake. I think it is a bit full on for me at this stage. I am 48 and have fibromyalgia, chronic fatique and ache in every muscle and joint. I am getting married in 4 weeks and thought that this would be good for me, but I think i need to start slowly and work my way up, I really need to build some muscle back up but I think I need to go at a slower pace. I probably should have gone for Fatloss Over 40 instead.
Any suggestions or help would be great.

I’m proud of you for taking the first step. My Fat Furnace may be a little aggressive for you for starters. I think my Female Fat Loss Over 40 program will be a good fit for you because it’s all follow along videos so I tell you how to modify and how to intensify each exercise. I suggest using the Fat Furnace AFTER you go thru my FFLO40 program. You’ll have success with both programs, You’ll learn the best ways to modify by going thru the fflo40 program first. With either program, you’ll have to ensure that you listen to your body and modify everything. Start very slowly, but START something. You’re headed in the right direction.
